How do I create an account?

Download Chrysnest from the App Store, enter your email, and set up a secure PIN. You can use a display name instead of your real name.

Is my information private?

Yes. We don't require real names or photos. All messages are end-to-end encrypted, and notifications never reveal the app name.

How does matching work?

We show you one profile at a time based on your preferences (location, budget, move-in date). If you both connect, you can start messaging.

What is the Quick Exit button?

The Quick Exit button instantly closes the app and clears recent activity. It's designed for situations where you need to hide the app quickly.

How do I report a user?

You can report users for harassment, inappropriate content, spam, or safety concerns through the profile menu or chat screen.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account. You have 30 days to recover your account before all data is permanently deleted.
